CarInvest is committed to protecting your privacy. This document sets out our privacy policy.

CarInvest provided a parking reservation service. The data we collect are used exclusively to assist in the provision of this service.

• We will use the legal information about you and in accordance with Federal Law on Data Protection RS 235.1 of 19 June 1992.
• Personal details that CarInvest collects are used to make your booking with your “go2park.ch parking service”.
• The personal information we hold will therefore be secure, in accordance with our domestic policy and in accordance with the law.
• We will not collect excessive information and will not add you to our email list unless we have your consent.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:

• Your computer’s IP address.
• Your names and contact information, such as phone number and e-mail address.
• Details of your vehicle, such as registration number.

We will never collect confidential information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date as much as possible. We do not store credit card details (credit or debit). You are directly redirected to our post-payment provider to finalize your payment and the process is completed using SSL encryption.

Right of access and rectification of data

In accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act RS 235.1 of 19 June 1992, you have the right to access, rectify and delete personal data concerning you.
